1. A Zoning Certificate obtained from Planning and Growth Managerment.   Please submit a site plan with tent size and building locations.

2. To arrange for an inspection of the site and submit a flammability certificate contact the Peoria Fire Department at :

3. A Tent Permit fee is $25.00.  Checks should be made payable to the 'City of Peoria' or can be paid by credit card by clicking here to go to Illinois E-Pay, and then select Fire Department.
