Yard Maintenance

As a tenant, you need to know what your responsiblity is in regards to the yard maintenance.  Check your lease to see what it says and if you are unsure, ask your landlord.

Grass and weeds cannot exceed ten inches in height.

Scrub brush/weeds should be cut all along the property, including the alley way and along the fence line.

You are responsible for maintaining the property from the curb line to the midway of the alley.

Clean up all rubbish, tree limbs, and debris from your property.

Clean up all litter on your property.
