matters listed under CONSENT AGENDA are considered to be routine and
non-controversial by the City Council/Town Board and will be enacted by one
motion and one roll call vote. There
will not be separate discussion on these items.
If discussion is desired by a Citizen or Members of the City Council/Town
Board, the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and discussed
immediately after approval of the Consent Agenda. Citizens desiring discussion on any item listed
under the CONSENT AGENDA should contact a City Council/ Town Board Member or
the City Clerk prior to the meeting and request that the item be removed for
discussion.
