ITEM NO. 2      Communication from the City Manager Requesting Approval of a RESOLUTION Approving the CITY OF PEORIA ELECTRICITY AGGREGATION PROGRAM PLAN OF OPERATION AND GOVERNANCE.

 

ITEM NO. 3      Communication from the City Manager Requesting Approval of a RESOLUTION Authorizing Execution of a SERVICE AGREEMENT with the Lowest Responsible Bidder for the SUPPLY of ELECTRICITY for RESIDENTIAL and SMALL COMMERCIAL RETAIL CUSTOMERS Who Do Not Opt Out of Such a Program.

 

ITEM NO. 4      CANVASS of the CITY OF PEORIA ELECTRICITY SUPPLY PROPOSITION for the GENERAL PRIMARY ELECTION Held on March 20, 2012, in the City of Peoria, County of Peoria, and State of Illinois, with Request to Receive and File.

 

ITEM NO. 5      Communication from the City Manager Requesting Approval of the Following:

 

A.            ADOPTION of an ORDINANCE Amending the City of Peoria Budget for Fiscal Year 2012 to Allocate up to $115,000.00 from the SOUTHTOWN TIF FUND for the REPAIR or REPLACEMENT of the ROOF at CARVER CENTER;

 

B.            AUTHORIZE the City Manager to Execute any CONTRACTS with FIRMS Selected for the REPAIR or REPLACEMENT of the ROOF at CARVER CENTER, not to Exceed $115,000.00.
