SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING To be Held at the Hotel Pere Marquette, 501 Main Street, Blackhawk Room, Peoria, Illinois, to Take Action on a Motion to  Hold an Executive Session to Discuss 2(c)(1)  The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee to determine its validity.

 

All matters listed under CONSENT AGENDA are considered to be routine and non-controversial by the City Council /Town Board and will be enacted by one motion and one roll call vote.  There will not be separate discussion on these items.  If discussion is desired by a Citizen or Members of the Council/Town Board, the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and discussed immediately after approval of the Consent Agenda.  Citizens desiring discussion on any item listed under the CONSENT AGENDA should contact a Council/Town Board Member or the City Clerk prior to the meeting and request that the item be removed for discussion.

ITEM NO. 3    Communication from the Interim City Manager and Police Chief Requesting Approval for a TWO-YEAR CONTRACT with HARRIS S. UNIFORMS for COMMISSIONED PERSONNEL and SIPCO/IDENTITY APPAREL for CIVILIAN PERSONNEL and PARKING ENFORCEMENT, in the Amount of $100,000.00 for Each Year.

 

ITEM NO. 4    Communication from the Interim City Manager and Assistant Director of Planning and Growth Management with the Recommendation from the Zoning Commission and Staff to Adopt an ORDINANCE Amending an OFFICIAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN, Ordinance No. 13,168, as Amended, in the N1 (Institutional) District Allowing a MEDICAL CENTER AND ASSOCIATED USES to RELOCATE the CENTRAL CHILLER PLAN for the Properties Commonly Known as METHODIST HEALTH SERVICES CORPORATION Located at 221 N.
