A.                  Communication from City Manager, Fire Chief, and ECC Manager Requesting Approval of a SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE of 20 M/A-COM PORTABLE RADIOS and ACCESSORIES from RAGAN COMMUNICATIONS, INC., in the Amount of $52,500.80.

ITEM NO. 3           Communication from the City Manager and Director of Public Works Requesting Approval for the City to PARTICIPATE in the FUNDING of the EXTENSION of OAKWOOD DRIVE 683 FEET From Where It Now Terminates to Its Intersection with HICKORY GROVE ROAD, with the CITY'S CONTRIBUTION, in the Amount of $86,000.00, Being Paid Upon Completion and Acceptance by the Public Works Director and Its Dedication as a Public Street is Approved by the City Council.

 

ITEM NO. 4           Communication from the City Manager and Director of Economic Development Requesting Concept Approval for a RIVERFRONT DRIVE CONCEPT PLAN EXPANSION on the Riverfront and Requesting Approval to Apply for Grants for Park and Beach Expansion.

 

ITEM NO. 5           Communication from the City Manager and Director of Economic Development Requesting Approval to Enter into a TIF REDEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT with BEHR PEORIA, INC., and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute the Necessary Documents.

 

ITEM NO. 6           Communication from the City Manager and Finance Director/Comptroller Requesting Authorization for the City Manager to Enter into an AGREEMENT with CLIFTON GUNDERSON LLP to Provide ANNUAL AUDITING SERVICES for TWO YEARS, in the Amount of $103,679.00 for 2007 and $106,790.00 for 2008, Plus an Additional Amount Not to Exceed $5,000.00 Per Year, to Perform Required Additional Audit Procedures Pertaining to Risk Assessment.

ITEM NO. 9           Communication from the City Manager and Corporation Counsel Requesting Adoption of an ORDINANCE Amending CHAPTER 3 of the Code of the City of Peoria Pertaining to EXPANSION of the SUBCLASS 1 (4:00 A.M.) LIQUOR LICENSE DISTRICT, as Recommended by the Liquor Commission; OR Adopt the POLICE DEPARTMENT'S RECOMMENDATION and Direct Staff to Bring Back an Ordinance Amendment.

 

ITEM NO. 10       Communication from the City Manager and Director of Planning and Growth Management with Recommendation from the Zoning Commission and City Staff to DENY an ORDINANCE Amending APPENDIX B, the Permanent Zoning Ordinance of the City of Peoria, by Rezoning 921 W.
