B.                 Communication from the City Manager and Director of Economic Development Requesting Approval to Enter Into a TWO-YEAR CONTRACT with SKIMERHORN CARTOGRAPHIC SERVICES for MAPPING and GIS, in the Amount of $32.00 Per Hour, Not to Exceed $14,000.00 Per Year, and Authorization for the City Manager to Execute the Necessary Documents.
