A. NOTICE OF LAWSUIT Filed on Behalf of JAMES NEUMAN Alleging he was Denied his Constitutional and Statutory Rights in his Efforts to File Documents at the Federal and Peoria County Courthouses on Various Dates, with Recommendation to Receive and File and Refer to the Legal Department.

B. Communication from the City Manager and Director of Economic Development Requesting Approval to Enter Into a TWO-YEAR CONTRACT with SKIMERHORN CARTOGRAPHIC SERVICES for MAPPING and GIS, in the Amount of $32.00 Per Hour, Not to Exceed $14,000.00 Per Year, and Authorization for the City Manager to Execute the Necessary Documents.

C. Communication from the City Manager and Corporation Counsel Recommending Approval of the FIRST AMENDMENT to the AGREEMENT Between the CITY OF PEORIA and the COUNTY OF PEORIA for the IMPROVEMENT /UPGRADE /MAINTENANCE/JURISDICTION TRANSFER of RADNOR and WILHELM ROADS and Authorization for the City Manager to Execute the Amendment.

(07-220) Communication from the City Manager and Director of Planning and Growth Management Requesting Adoption of an ORDINANCE Amending APPENDIX B of the Code of the City of Peoria Relating to Zoning for Various TEXT ADJUSTMENTS Allowing PUBLIC and PRIVATE SCHOOLS as a SPECIAL USE in the Class C-1 (General Commercial), C-2 (Large Scale Commercial), O-2 (Exclusive Office Park), and OT (Controlled Thoroughfare Corridor Overlay) Districts.
