ITEM NO. 1 CONSIDERATION OF CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS BY OMNIBUS VOTE, for the City of Peoria, with Recommendations as Outlined:

A. NOTICE OF LAWSUIT on Behalf of MECHELLE J. JOHNSON, FELICIA N. HOLCOMB, BRANDIS N. YOUNGER, KIMBERLY A. LEWIS, and JAKHARI M. WEBSTER Regarding a VEHICLE ACCIDENT Involving Police Officer David Buchanan and a City of Peoria Vehicle on April 1, 2006, with Recommendation to Receive and File and Refer to the Legal Department.

B. NOTICE OF LAWSUIT on Behalf of JEFFREY R. GASICK Alleging his 14th Amendment Rights of Due Process were Violated, with Recommendation to Receive and File and Refer to the Legal Department.

E. Communication from the City Manager and Finance Director/Comptroller Requesting Adoption of an ORDINANCE Amending the CITY OF PEORIA BUDGET for FISCAL YEAR 2007 Relating to the PURCHASE of FOUR REPLACEMENT MARKED POLICE VEHICLES.

F. Communication from the City Manager and Chief of Police Requesting Approval of the PURCHASE of FOUR REPLACEMENT MARKED POLICE VEHICLES from MILES CHEVROLET, in the Total Amount of $132,236.00, through the State of Illinois Bid System.

ITEM NO. 2 Communication from the City Manager and Director of Planning and Growth Management Requesting to REPROGRAM $50,000.00 in CDBG FUNDS from the FLORA-ELLIS NEIGHBORHOOD PROJECT to the 2007 SIDEWALK PROGRAM; and to REPROGRAM $50,000.00 in CORPORATE FUNDS from the 2007 Sidewalk Program to the WESTERN AVENUE GREENWAY PROJECT.
