All matters listed under CONSENT AGENDA are considered to be routine and non-controversial by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion and one roll call vote. There will not be separate discussion on these items. If discussion is desired by a Citizen or Members of the Council, the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and discussed immediately after approval of the Consent Agenda. Citizens desiring discussion on any item listed under the CONSENT AGENDA should contact a Council Member or the City Clerk prior to the meeting and request that the item be removed for discussion.

ITEM NO. 1 CONSIDERATION OF CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS BY OMNIBUS VOTE, for the City of Peoria, with Recommendations as Outlined:

A. Communication from the City Manager and Director of Public Works Requesting Approval of the LOW BID of KRUMHOLZ BROTHERS LANDSCAPING and Award the CONTRACT, in the Amount of $25,842.00, for the OAKVIEW DRIVE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT.

B. Communication from the City Manager and Corporation Counsel Requesting Approval of a CONTRACT with ATTORNEY BRIDGET A. BURKE to Serve as the HEARING OFFICER for ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUDICATION of PARKING TICKETS.

C. Communication from the City Manager and Director of Economic Development Requesting Authorization for the City Manager to EXTEND the OPTION AGREEMENT on the SALE to CULLINAN MEDICAL 1 of 6.1 ACRES in the SOUTHTOWN TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT for an ADDITIONAL SIX MONTHS for $5,000.00.

D. Communication from the City Manager and Manager of the Emergency Communications Center Requesting Approval of a RESOLUTION Authorizing the City to Enter into an AGREEMENT with the ILLINOIS TELECOMMUNICATOR EMERGENCY RESPONSE TASKFORCE (IL-TERT)

H. ADOPTION OF COMMITTEE REPORT Regarding the IMPACT of NEW NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM (NPDES) PERMIT REQUIREMENTS Relating to the CITY'S COMBINED SEWER OUTFALLS (CSOs).

ITEM NO. 2 Communication from Council Member Charles V. Grayeb Requesting Approval of a RESOLUTION Requesting the PEORIA CITY ELECTION COMMISSION to PLACE UPON the BALLOT for the GENERAL ELECTION of APRIL 17, 2007, the Proposition Whether the City of Peoria Should PROHIBIT SMOKING IN ALL INDOOR WORK PLACES AND ALL INDOOR PUBLIC PLACES.
