SERVICE FUNDING at the Projected Level as Outlined Utilizing 2007 COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) and EMERGENCY SHELTER GRANT(ESG) FUNDS from the
U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and Permission to Adjust Said
Funding, if Necessary, for Each Funded Application by the Percentage of Change
in HUD'S 2007 CDBG and ESG ALLOCATION to the City of Peoria, as Compared to the
Projected Allocation of $295,944.00 in CDBG FUNDS and $83,846.00 in ESG FUNDS.
