Adoption of an ORDINANCE Authorizing and Providing
for the ISSUE of Not to Exceed $5,200,000 RADNOR ROAD/ALTA ROAD/WILHELM ROAD
and BRIDGE IMPROVEMENTS SPECIAL ASSESSMENT BONDS, SERIES 2006, of the City of
Peoria, Peoria County, Illinois, for the Purpose of Constructing Improvements
on Said Roads Pursuant to Special Assessments Proceedings Cases No. 06-TX-22
[Assmt A] and 06-TX-221 [Assmt B], Prescribing all the Details of Said Bonds,
and Providing for the Collection, Segregation and Distribution of the
Assessment Receipts;
B.
Authorization for the City Manager to Authorize the
Contractor, who has already been Awarded the BID to Proceed to Complete the
