PETITIONS, REMONSTRANCES & COMMUNICATIONS – CITY OF PEORIA

ITEM NO. 1           PRESENTATION by the HEART OF PEORIA COMMISSION Regarding GLEN OAK SCHOOL, with Request to Receive and File.

 

ITEM NO. 2     CONSIDERATION OF CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS BY OMNIBUS VOTE, for the City of Peoria, with Recommendations as Outlined:

A.                  Communication from the City Manager and Director of Public Works Requesting Approval of the FINAL PAY ESTIMATE for PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PROJECT:  FRYE ROAD OVERLAY (Route 40 to Oak Pointe Subdivision), in the Amount of $4,123.16. (10.34% Over Contract).

 

B.                 Communication from the City Manager and Director of Planning and Growth Management Recommending Adoption of an ORDINANCE Amending APPENDIX A of the Code of the City of Peoria Relating to the FINAL PLAT APPROVAL PROCESS Allowing for Administrative Approval of the Final Plats which are in Conformance with the Approved Preliminary Plats.

 

C.                 Communication from the City Manager and Director of Economic Development with Recommendation from the Planning Commission Requesting Authorization to Submit APPLICATION to the STATE of ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT of COMMERCE and ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY (DCEO) and Adopt an ORDINANCE Amending Ordinance No. 11,051, EXPANDING PEORIA'S ENTERPRISE ZONE  BOUNDARIES to Include Approximately 11.86 ACRES at JUNCTION CITY.

 

D.                 Communication from the City Manager and Director of Economic Development with Recommendation from the Planning Commission Requesting Authorization to Submit APPLICATION to the STATE of ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT of COMMERCE and ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY (DCEO) and Adopt an ORDINANCE Amending Ordinance No. 11,051, EXPANDING PEORIA'S ENTERPRISE ZONE  BOUNDARIES to Include Approximately 6.623 + ACRES Bordered by HIGHTOWER, R.B. GARRETT and RICHARD PRYOR PLACE.

 

ITEM NO. 3     Communication from the City Manager and Corporation Counsel Requesting Adoption of an ORDINANCE Repealing Ordinance No. 14,981 Pertaining to the HISTORIC LANDMARK DESIGNATION of 1319 N. HAMILTON BOULEVARD.
