(06-449) Communication from the City Manager and Corporation Counsel Requesting Authorization for the City Manager to Execute an AMENDMENT to the 1996 INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT with the PEORIA CIVIC CENTER AUTHORITY to EXTEND OPERATIONAL FUNDING for ARTSPARTNERS and Permit ARTSPARTNERS to Continue Receiving 2.5% of the RESTAURANT TAX REVENUE COLLECTED, Not to Exceed $75,000.00 Annually, Through August 31, 2008, with Supplemental Information.
