L.                  Communication from the City Manager and Director of Planning and Growth Management with Recommendation from the Planning Commission to Approve a RESOLUTION Approving the PRELIMINARY PLAT of CRAMER SOUTH SUBDIVISION, a Single-Family Residential Subdivision Located South of LUDOLPH ROAD, North of INTERSTATE ROUTE 74, Along the West Side of HEINZ LANE with One and One-Half Miles of the City of Peoria with an Address of 6003 N. HEINZ LANE, EDWARDS, ILLINOIS, with Condition.

 

M.                 Communication from the City Manager and Director of Public Works Requesting Approval of AMENDMENT to CHAPTER 26 of the Code of the City of Peoria to INCREASE the EXCAVATION/INSPECTION FEE and the PERMIT SURCHARGE FEE, and CREATE a LANE USAGE PERMIT FEE and a SURFACE DEGRADATION FEE, Generating an Equitable Method of Addressing Public Infrastructure Damages Caused by Work within the Public Right-of-Way, and Authorize Staff to BRING BACK an ORDINANCE Adopting Said Amendments.

 

N.                 Communication from the City Manager and Director of Planning and Growth Management Requesting Adoption of an ORDINANCE ANNEXING Property Located in the SW 1/4 of SECTION 25 and the NE 1/4 of SECTION 36 of RADNOR TOWNSHIP (Located in Growth Cell 1A).

UNIVERSITY AVENUE; with Conditions to Return the Building Façade and Canopy to the Mansard Style with Shingles and Allow the Kerosene Pump Located in the Front Yard Setback in the Northeast Corner of the Site to Remain Installed and Additional Landscaping be Added; OR

 

B.         ORDINANCE Amending Ordinance 11,805, an EXISTING USE WITH APPROVAL as a SPECIAL USE in a Class C-1 (General Commercial) District for a GAS STATION for the Property Located at 6025 N. UNIVERSITY AVENUE, with Conditions to Allow the Canopy and Building Signage to Remain and Remove the Kerosene Pump Located in the Front Yard Setback in the Northeast Corner of the Site.
