All matters listed under CONSENT AGENDA are considered to be routine and non-controversial by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion and one roll call vote. There will not be separate discussion on these items. If discussion is desired by a Citizen or Members of the Council, the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and discussed immediately after approval of the Consent Agenda. Citizens desiring discussion on any item listed under the CONSENT AGENDA should contact a Council Member or the City Clerk prior to the meeting and request that the item be removed for discussion.

A. Communication from the City Manager and Information Systems Director Requesting Approval of the PURCHASE of F5 - FIREPASS VIRTUAL PRIVATE NETWORK EQUIPMENT, in the Amount of $28,283.00, from TECH DEPOT/OFFICE DEPOT.

B. Communication from the City Manager and Finance Director/Comptroller Requesting Authorization to Enter Into an AGREEMENT with NATIONAL CITY BANK to Provide BANKING SERVICES for THREE YEARS, Fiscal Years 2006, 2007 and 2008, with an Optional TWO YEAR EXTENSION for Fiscal Years 2009 and 2010.

C. Communication from the City Manager and Finance Director/Comptroller Requesting Authorization to Enter Into an AGREEMENT with MILLER JOHNSON STEICHEN KINNARD (MJSK) to Provide INVESTMENT SERVICES for THREE YEARS, Fiscal Years 2006, 2007 and 2008, with an Optional TWO YEAR EXTENSION for Fiscal Years 2009 and 2010.

ITEM NO. 3 Communication from the City Manager and Director of Public Works Requesting Approval of a PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT with HANSON PROFESSIONAL SERVICES, INC. for a PHASE I STUDY for the IMPROVEMENT of NORTHMOOR ROAD, from Allen Road to Knoxville Avenue, and SHERIDAN ROAD, from Glen Avenue to Northmoor Road, in an Amount Not to Exceed $884,000.00 and MFT RESOLUTION, in the Amount of $575,000.00, to Pay for the City of Peoria's Portion of the STUDY COST.

(05-591) Communication from the City Manager and Director of Public Works Requesting Approval of the SEWER IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT with the SANITARY DISTRICT for the REPAIR OF SEWERS, as Part of the City of Peoria’s SEWER REHABILITATION DESIGN AREA 4 – DIVISIONS A & B, and Awarding the CONTRACT to HOERR CONSTRUCTION, INC. for DIVISION A, in the Amount of $180,516.00, and to MICHELS CORPORATION for DIVISION B, in the Amount of $722,944.00, with REPORT BACK.
