ITEM NO. 1     CONSIDERATION OF CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS BY OMNIBUS  VOTE, for the City of Peoria, with Recommendations as Outlined:

A.                  Communication from the City Manager and Human Resources Director Requesting Authorization to Pay the Cost of the MEDICARE PART B PREMIUM at the Rate of $88.50 per Month for RETIRED CITY EMPLOYEES and their SPOUSES (and Widows or Widowers) on the Health Care Plan who are Age 65 and over and Eligible for Medicare, for the Budget Year 2006, at a Cost of $368,514.00.

 

B.                 Communication from the City Manager and Director of Planning and Growth Management Recommending Adoption of an ORDINANCE Granting SITE PLAN APPROVAL for a New PROFESSIONAL OFFICE in a Controlled Thoroughfare Corridor Overlay District for Property Zoned R-2 (Single-Family Residential) Located at 2901 and 2911 N. ITEM NO. 3     Communication from the City Manager and Corporation Counsel Requesting Adoption of an ORDINANCE Amending CHAPTER 28 of the Code of the City of Peoria Relating to MOTORIZED SCOOTERS Prohibiting the Use on Public Streets, Parking Lots or Other City-owned Property.
