D.                 Communication from the City Manager and Finance Director/Comptroller with Recommendation to Adopt an ORDINANCE Amending CHAPTER 27 of the Code of the City of Peoria Relating to COMPUTATION of DUE DATES for TAXES.

 

E.                 Communication from the City Manager and Director of Public Works with Recommendation to Approve a SIDEWALK CAFE for JIMMY JOHN'S Located at 208 S.W. ADAMS.

 

ITEM NO. 9     Communication from the City Manager and Director of Public Works  with Request for Authorization to Accept the Award of 2005 ENERGY EFFICIENT LED TRAFFIC SIGNAL UPGRADE GRANT PROGRAM from the Illinois Clean Energy Foundation, in the Amount of $61,570.00, and to Authorize the Expenditure of $11,110.00 from the 2004 TRAFFIC SIGNAL CIP.

 

ITEM NO. 10   Communication from the City Manager and Director of Public Works with Recommendation to Approve the STREET LIGHTING REQUESTS in the Total Amount of $247.26 Annually for the ALLEY INTERSECTION on ARCHER Between Ellis and Flora, and the Alley Behind 2509 N. SHERIDAN.
