A. RESOLUTION Approving the ANNEXATION AGREEMENT for Property Located West of Summershade Circle, South of War Memorial Drive, East of Orange Prairie Road, and North of Flagstone Drive with a Temporary Address of 5300 W. WAR MEMORIAL DRIVE, all Located Within One and One-Half Miles of the City of Peoria, Illinois;

A. Communication from the City Manager and Director of Planning and Growth Management with Recommendation to Enter Into a CONTRACT with BRADY'S LUMBER AND CONSTRUCTION, INC., for the 2005 ADOPT-A-RAMP PROGRAM, in an Amount Not to Exceed $47,500.00 of COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS.

B. Communication from the City Manager and Corporation Counsel with Recommendation to Adopt the ORDINANCE Amending CHAPTER 2 of the Code of the City of Peoria Relating to CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS Changing to REGULAR COUNCIL MEETINGS on the FIRST FOUR TUESDAYS of Each Month.

C. Communication from the City Manager and Director of Inspections with Recommendation to Adopt an ORDINANCE Amending CHAPTER 5 of the Code of the City of Peoria Relating to the ADOPTION of the 2005 NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE, and ONE AMENDMENT Regarding Attic Access Opening Size.

D. Communication from the City Manager and Finance Director/Comptroller with Recommendation to Adopt an ORDINANCE Amending CHAPTER 27 of the Code of the City of Peoria Relating to COMPUTATION of DUE DATES for TAXES.

E. Communication from the City Manager and Director of Public Works with Recommendation to Approve a SIDEWALK CAFE for JIMMY JOHN'S Located at 208 S.W. ADAMS.

ITEM NO. 9 Communication from the City Manager and Director of Public Works with Request for Authorization to Accept the Award of 2005 ENERGY EFFICIENT LED TRAFFIC SIGNAL UPGRADE GRANT PROGRAM from the Illinois Clean Energy Foundation, in the Amount of $61,570.00, and to Authorize the Expenditure of $11,110.00 from the 2004 TRAFFIC SIGNAL CIP.

ITEM NO. 10 Communication from the City Manager and Director of Public Works with Recommendation to Approve the STREET LIGHTING REQUESTS in the Total Amount of $247.26 Annually for the ALLEY INTERSECTION on ARCHER Between Ellis and Flora, and the Alley Behind 2509 N. SHERIDAN.

ITEM NO. 11 Communication from the City Manager and Corporation Counsel with Recommendation to Adopt an ORDINANCE Amending CHAPTER 15 of the Code of the City of Peoria Relating to NOISE.
