There will not be separate discussion on these items. If discussion is desired by a Citizen or Members of the Council, the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and discussed immediately after approval of the Consent Agenda. A. Communication from the City Manager and Fire Chief Requesting Authorization for the SALE of an AMBULANCE Through an ON-LINE AUCTION or OTHER COMPETITIVE PROCESS with FUNDS TO BE RE-APPROPRIATED for FIRE DEPARTMENT EQUIPMENT.

B. Communication from the City Manager and Interim Director of Economic Development with Recommendation to ACCEPT the OFFER from ZION BAPTIST CHURCH to PURCHASE the VACANT LOT at 101 N. SARATOGA, in the Amount of $200.00 Plus Closing Costs and to Authorize the City Manager to Execute the Necessary Documents.
