The City of Peoria, in conjunction with EM Properties and various redevelopment entities, is embarking on a renovation and expansion program of The Pere Marquette Hotel and construction of a new Marriott Courtyard, located in downtown Peoria, Illinois.  As such, the City is soliciting a Request for Proposals from firms experienced in providing construction monitoring services for the above projects, including preconstruction and throughout the term of the projected construction schedule.  For complete information, see RFP Notice.
