The USEPA has prepared a Draft Finding of No Significant Impacts (FONSI) for the Tri-County Stormwater Infrastructure Improvement Project.  Congress has designated this Project for partial funding through a Special Appropriation.  Comments on the Draft FONSI will be accepted from the public from April 9th to May 9th 2012.  See Notice for more information.
