Yes, a fifty-dollar ($50.00) processing fee must accompany each submission of the Employer Report Form CC-1. The only exception to payment of the processing fee is neighborhood associations. The fee was instituted January 2006.

Yes, any business providing a good or service to the City for remuneration or any business receiving financial assistance from the City needs to complete the Employer Report Form CC-1 Application. The completed form along with a Fifty-dollar ($50) processing fee must be returned to the Equal Opportunity Office.

Motorist who illegally park in disabled parking spaces can be fined up to $350. Motorist who illegally use a disability placard or license plate can be fined as much as $500 and have their driver's license suspended for 30 days.
