The City Treasurer/Township Collector is responsible for the administration and management of the collection, verification, depositing and recording of all taxes, fines and fees due the city. The Treasurer's office works closely with City departments in implementing interfaces between cash collections and application programs for all revenue due the City. We are a committed work force in an environment that promotes efficiency and integrity.
The City Treasurer Collections include payments for:
- Real Estate Transfer Taxes
- Parking Tickets - Parking tickets may now be paid online
- Building, Electrical, and Heating Permits
- Zoning Certificates
- Residential Parking Permits
- Public Use Permits
- Municipal Ordinance Violations
- Environmental Fines
- Hotel, Restaurant and Amusement Taxes
- Liquor Licenses
- Miscellaneous Licenses
- Housing Code Violations
The Township Collector collects real estate tax payments from May through September

- Treasurer's Monthly Report of all Receipts and Disbursements
- Treasurer's Annual Report of all Receipts and Disbursements
- Treasurer's Published Report
- Firemen's Pension Fund Report-Monthly & Annual
- Police Pension Fund Report-Monthly & Annual
Other Services:
- Receipt Tracking
- Property Tax Information
- Treasurer serves as Trustee and Treasurer on the Firemen's Pension Fund Board
- Treasurer serves as Treasurer of the Police Pension Fund
- Provide checks and balances of financial records
